How we can help
People come to us feeling overwhelmed or unsure about what will happen next.
Our team offers expert support so people can understand their rights, make informed choices and regain control.
We can support with:
Welfare Benefits
Navigating the benefits system is confusing, and the stakes are high.
Our advisers will help you understand what you’re entitled to and make sure you’re not missing out – whether you’re making a new claim, facing a review, or dealing with changes to Universal Credit or PIP.
Debt Advice
Struggling with debt? You’re not alone, and the sooner you get help, the more options you have.
We offer free, confidential advice to help you take control – no judgement, just practical support.
Help with forms
Benefit forms are long, complex and unforgiving.
Our advisers will help you complete them correctly, making sure your application truly reflects your situation and gives you the best chance of success.
Tribunal support
If your claim has been refused, you may have the right to appeal – and most people who do win their case.
We’ll help you understand your options, prepare your appeal, and support you through every stage of the process.
And general advice when people just aren’t sure where to start.
Our approach is face-to-face first, as many of our service users feel more comfortable speaking to a real person.
We support people throughout their journey and work with trusted partners, so nobody has to manage alone.
Support for People with Learning Difficulties and Access Needs
We make our support as easy to access as possible.
We explain things step by step, use plain language and check that everything makes sense before moving on.
If you need extra time, communication support or a calm space, we are happy to provide it.
Partnerships that strengthen support
If you need help that sits outside our service offer, we work with organisations such as:
Our long-term aim is very simple.
A community where people thrive.
We want to break the cycles of poverty, isolation and dependency so thoroughly that the community no longer needs us.
This is why we commit to working with people for as long as it takes.
